Liquid acid foamless detergent is designed to remove protein, fat, mineral and glandular deposits from technological equipment.
The product does not contain silicates. Working solutions do not damage high-quality steel equipment, rubber, can be used to process parts from aluminum and plastics.
Instructions for use:
1. Pre-rinse the treated surfaces with water.
2. Treat the equipment with a working solution in a concentration of 0.5-2% at a temperature of 40-60 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
3.After cleaning, rinse the equipment thoroughly with cold water
With regular use of Sanoril CIP A, use the following treatment regimen: solution concentration – 0.5%; the temperature of the solution is 40 ° C. Solution circulation for at least 10 minutes.
Composition:
Mineral acids> 35% (including phosphoric acid), additives, water.
Storage:
Store closed at temperatures between −5 ° C and 35 ° C.
Shelf life:
2 years subject to storage conditions in the unopened packaging of the manufacturer. After defrosting, the product retains its declared properties. The shelf life of working solutions is at least 7 days.
