It is recommended to be used for hot cleaning of technological equipment units, such as pasteurizers, heat exchangers. Effective for removing various types of contaminants. The tensides emulsify fatty and protein contaminants. Effective detergent, strong alkalis which decompose pollution into water-soluble substances. Complexing substances effectively bind water hardness salts and prevent re-contamination of surfaces. Not recommended for use on aluminum or painted surfaces. It is possible to use tools for the manual method of soaking the treated objects with working solutions and washing with brushes, a brush with observance of safety precautions when working with caustic substances. Biodegradable, flameproof. Does not freeze at low temperatures. It does not contain phosphates.

Instructions for use:

Rinse pre-treated surfaces with water.

Treat the equipment with a working solution in a concentration of 0.5-3% at a temperature of 40 ° C-90 ° C. Exposure time: 10-30 min depending on the degree of contamination.
After cleaning, rinse the equipment thoroughly with cold water.

Recirculation washing of pipelines 0.4-1.5%

Recirculation washing of evaporators 2.0-3.0%

Surface washing under pressure of 0.5-1.0%

With a manual washing method: use a working solution in a concentration of 0.5-2% at a temperature of 40 ° C-90 ° C, depending on the degree of contamination. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after washing.
