ClearaCIP BC 20

Concentrated liquid highly alkaline foamless product. Recommended for use on aluminum and other light metal surfaces. Designed for SIP and spray-washing of soft metal surfaces at food and beverage enterprises. It can be used for machine washing of transport packaging, trolleys, molds and other containers. ClearaCIP BC20 can be used for manual washing and soaking in food processing plants, as well as for SIP washing of yeast tanks.

The use of tools for the manual method of soaking the treated objects with working solutions and washing with brushes, brush with observance of safety precautions when working with caustic substances. Biodegradable, flameproof. Does not freeze at low temperatures. It does not contain phosphates. It is easily washed off from a surface, does not leave marks and stains.

Instructions for use:

Rinse pre-treated surfaces with water.

Treat the equipment with a working solution in a concentration of 0.2-2% at a temperature of 40 ° C-60 ° C. Exposure time: 10-30 min depending on the degree of contamination.
After cleaning, rinse the equipment thoroughly with cold water.

With a manual washing method: use a working solution in a concentration of 0.5-1% at a temperature of 40 ° C-60 ° C, depending on the degree of contamination. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after washing.

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool place, protected from sunlight.

Shelf life:

1 year subject to storage conditions in the unopened packaging of the manufacturer. After defrosting, the product retains its declared properties.
